Parkville Furniture

Please fill out the form below for the furniture you would like and note the quantity. The forms will close on 7/6 at 1 p.m. Furniture will be awarded via a random drawing.

Patrons will be notified on 7/6 by 1:30 p.m. Anyone who is awarded furniture will need to pick it up between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on 7/7. Patrons are responsible for picking up furniture on their own. It will not be delivered by the library. You may enter drawings for multiple pieces of furniture.
