a safe, supervised cultural center for teens 7th grade and up, shaped and formed by the teens themselves. We feature weekly classes, weekend events, art shows, theatre productions, a full makerspace with all kinds of craft materials, plus digital video and audio recording facilities for moviemaking, music recording and more. Or you can just hang out with friends, do your homework and relax. If you’re a teen who’s looking for a place to be yourself and be creative, come visit us!
Due to social distancing, our spring musical TWISTED will be performed for a smaller, mostly invited audience.
Additional tickets (free of charge) might become available on the day of each performance. Please contact us at (516) 466-8055 ext. 216 or levels@greatnecklibrary.org beginning at 3 p.m. on May 19, 20 or 21 to see if any additional tickets have become available for that evening’s 8 p.m. performance.
ALSO: the Thursday and Friday performances will be livestreamed on the Internet. Please watch this space for links to view the show live online.
(This version of TWISTED has been edited from the original script with the authors’ consent, but please be aware that it contains Mature Humor and Subject Matter, and is Recommended for Viewers 13 and Up – Audience Discretion is Advised.)
